Use of the app

Order Fulfillment Buddy is provided to Shopify merchants to route fulfillment order updates to configured Slack channels and Google Sheets tabs. Merchants are responsible for keeping their Shopify, Slack, and Google accounts authorized and configured correctly.

Billing

Paid plans are managed through Shopify App Pricing. Merchants can approve, change, or cancel app charges from Shopify according to the plan terms shown in the Shopify admin and Shopify App Store listing.

Merchant responsibilities

• Keep fulfillment location mappings accurate.
• Confirm Slack and Google Sheets destinations before routing.
• Use the app only with stores and data you are authorized to manage.
• Review routed order information before taking operational action.
