For help with Order Fulfillment Buddy from the Shopify App Store, contact support@tavulabs.com. You can also use Shopify admin or the Shopify App Store Get support link, which routes to our valid support email.
What to include
- Your myshopify.com store domain.
- The affected fulfillment location or location mapping.
- The Slack channel and Google Sheets tab you expected to update.
- Any relevant order number, webhook delivery status, job timestamp, or screenshot.
Routing priority
If fulfillment routing is currently blocked, include the phrase urgent routing outage in the subject or first line so we can triage webhook delivery, worker processing, Slack delivery, and Google Sheets updates first.
Support scope
Support covers app installation, Shopify fulfillment routing, Slack notifications, Google Sheets updates, billing questions, and privacy requests related to Order Fulfillment Buddy.
For billing or refund questions, contact us by email or through Get support. For privacy requests, include the request type and Shopify shop domain so we can route it through the app data request and deletion process.
